Glenrick pilchard Tomato sauce ! Mmmm , lovely grub . Staple food for me . A cut above other brands , I do hope there is not a general shortage!

Tinned pilchards are readily available in Jakarta, and they taste like I remember them in the UK. I gave the rest of them to my cats, but they refused them.

A beautiful sandwich! Take out the bone that runs through, mash up with plenty of malt vinegar and put between two slices of buttered bread. Packet of pickled onion monster munch and that is a good lunch!
