I'm always on the hunt for a great spicy MANGO sauce, after having an incredible spicy mango curry a year or so back.

If anyone knows of a great mango hot sauce, I'm all ears.

Whilst i have genuine respect for your culinary expertise and indeed taste for some of the finest food on God’s Earth i’ll draw the line at these style of sauces

One taste of that stuff and the toilet that i’d inevitably have to find within 2 minutes would look like a crime scene…. 😳

Have you tried Metamucil? (generically called Fiber Therapy)

Is anyone else into these? I have always liked Tabasco and that square bottled Econa sauce and have been trying out alternatives recently. A friend brought me this over from the UK this weekend. I also have a number from a company called Crazy Bastard with sauces like Caroline Reaper and Blueberry, and Jalapeño and Date.

I've had a few of his sauces over the years but like @keaton I tend to go more for flavour than heat these days. The Rib Man's Bacon Buffalo sauce is very good but he only tends to release it every so often

One of the many joys of living here in Mexico is testing out the home made sauces at your/the local street taco stands.

This stuff blows your f**kin mind but the spice mix is incredibly moorish. I can't live without it.

I usually have a bottle or 2 of shop-bought sauces in my fridge but also make my own. Whenever I've got a glut of fruit, it gets blitzed up with whatever chillies I've got plus any other additions I fancy chucking in.

Cholula is my go to as an everyday, the Chipotle one is good too. The scorpion chilli Tabasco comes out when I need a proper spice kick, very spicy but still retains some decent fruity notes.

I have a friend in Trinidad who used to grow chillies commercially to be used in a solution to clean the bottom of boats, getting barnacles and the limpets off.

Encona for me.
I’ve just finished a bottle of Encona. Need to get some more. Only got some Tabasco Siracha in to add heat at the moment :nono:

I just bought these two back from South Africa. Both a lot hotter than they look. Really nice.
