Can anyone fact check if they are real pics? I'm not up to date with the conditions in El Salvador prisons but counting the toes of the people in the top pic suggests that that's not an AI generated pic, like the stupid ones of monorails etc that we put on here. That's made me feel ill.
I'm not a lefty that thinks criminals should have Xboxes & a Netflix subscription in their cell for rehab purposes. The Daily Mail has informed me via FB that this happens.
If those pics are real & the US government are deporting innocent people to those conditions, it is sickening.
We're f**ked, the lunatics have taken over the asylum.

I'm so horrified by everything going on in the US, I spend far too much time reading and watching (the YouTube algo knows exactly to feed me the shit I don't want to see, but want to see) for my own good.

Once you're checked in, you're never checking out. You have no contact with anyone, including family or legal representation. Inmates get little food, little water, no direct sunlight and absolutely no stimulation at all, ever.
That people are swept off the streets of major American cities and sent there outside of any form of legal process, and the political leaders of each country then play some sort of sniggering bullshit game when there's been "an administrative error" is simply unconscionable.

El Salvador prisons are now full of Salvadorans rounded up under the ‘emergency situation’ introduced by Bukele - the US and El Salvador are in a disgusting transactional relationship. Same. When he got voted in I decided to step back from reading about him, just no point getting worked up about it. BUT, up step the algorithms and, it doesn't matter how many videos you say you're not interested in, more keep coming, and little by little you start to click....
I will give Trump one thing though. When he won the election it did make me get my arse in gear and get my kids' second passports done. I figured if the world does get more and more dangerous over the next few years, you can never have enough places to escape to.

Several Republicans have called it a "mandate" from the American people to enact GOP-backed legislation and governance nationwide.
In a new poll released this week by Yale Youth Poll, 53 percent of respondents said they would support Vice President JD Vance in the 2028 primary, and 50 percent of those under age 30 would back him.
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. scored the second highest in the poll, with 8.7 percent, and 13.1 percent from those under 30.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis came in third with 7.5 percent of the vote, and 5.8 percent from those under 30 years old.
The poll was taken from April 1 to April 3 among 4,100 registered voters, with a 1.9 percent margin of error.
