Should be more than enough to beat Leicester quite comfortably.
Presuming they're all fit this seems the obvious selection. As long as they all put a shift in and the tactics aren't mental that team should win fairly comfortably.

Tbh if Cashin cannot handle Leicester then he really is not good enough. Leicester are a Championship team.
We played 2-2 against them last time so clearly couldn't handle them. Still think plenty of those who participated are good enough.

If they don’t trust Cashin for this game, what is he doing here? If he’s still on the bench when everyone else is gone, well that will be quite bad confidence wise. Give him a chance, he can’t be that bad.

It would be the club admitting in a humiliating fashion for the player they made an almighty f up if Cashin doesn’t play next week. For a lot of reasons that’s very unlikely to happen

Is the right answer. If he can’t perform at least averagely against Leicester, at home, after being here three months, we might as well just rip up his contract.
He has to be given a go.

Barely a game in 4 months, new league and then supposed to go in as starting CB in one of seven remaining cup finals... Other than sub appearances when we have nothing to lose, or already won, I don't think we'll see Eiran until he's had a pre-season with us. If we had needed to use him in February, his chances would be better now. But as things stand, I think we're going to go with a player who has played a bit of football at this level and some first team football in the last 3-4 months.

But we'll see.

Early yet but lets move on...

I'm thinking:

Verbruggen

Hinshelwood, Dunk, Baleba, Estupinan

Gomez, Ayari

Minteh, Joao Pedro, Mitoma

Welbeck
Good team, but he won't play Baleba at CB imho.

Verbruggen

Hinshelwood, Dunk, Dog&Duck, Estupinan

Baleba, Ayari

Minteh, Joao Pedro, Mitoma

Welbeck

No no, they were awful. We f***ed that up through our own horrorshow of indivdual errors. These errors were from players who should know better I.e Igor attempting a Messi dribble - badly, losing it and then the ball being tapped into an empty net.

How often has he played Welbeck and Pedro together?

90 mins from both might be asking a bridge too far?
I completely agree with this. I'm also struggling to think of when Welbz and JP were last together in the 9 & 10 that it worked? They don't dovetail very well IMO.
I thought O'Rilly did rather well on Saturday and we got worse as a team (more predicatable) when he went off. His movement was clever and he moves the ball on quickly and simply (a bit Gross like), unlike Pedro who seems to want to run with it or go for some hollywood move.

What's with Igor?
It's not walking football dont you know?
Thought he was crocked for the season?
Igor was pictured last week back at the Amex doing solo training on the grass so he's closer. But he's still a few weeks away from full training i think. Small chance he could feature before end of season. No chance for Saturday.

From the looks of the social media Igor has been putting out it seems he's pretty close to a return, or at least he thinks he is given his comments with these posts.

Yes. He's come back quicker than envisaged i think , but normally - given the amount of time he's had out then the time from solo training on the grass (last week) to full training and then back in the match day squad is something like at least a month or more. So perhaps in the last few squads of the season ?

No chance Baleba plays CB. More likely one of Pervis or Weiffer would do. But I am sure Cashin will start (and he should).

Bart

Hinsh Dunk Cashin Pervis

Ayari Baleba

Minteh Pedro Mitoma

Welbz
That’s three points, right there

The kind of game it is might depend on Leicester's approach. If they still want to fight to survive they have to go for a win. In that case I would be confident we can win by outscoring them. If they are just looking for respectability they might look to frustrate us, in which case I am less confident.

Don’t worry then . any half decent manager would tell the players they have to go for the win.

I say again play Welbeck even if he didnt touch the ball while game we play better with him than not because he drags players outta position creating openings for others and we tend to wanna go wide and deliver into the box WELBECK MUST PLAY the rest im less bothered about

To get 3 point Saturday we have to score first. If we concede first then:

A) They will defo go into low block, injured, time wasting mode
B) Our confidence will drain
C) FH will start to make panic subs
D) The crowd will turn (it won't just be a smattering of boos if we lose this Saturday)

I don't think that Leicester can get relegated tonight (haven't looked though) so they need 3 points on Saturday, so don't play into their hands, let them come out at us.

I can only see one option for them if they are on death's ground - (Sun Tzu, probably)
