What you’ve done there, is in an otherwise reasonable post, accidentally made what could be taken as a pun in your final sentence. By inadvertently choosing the phrase “I think it’s curtains”, readers may be confused into thinking you were making another play on words based on fabric. I’m sorry if you feel stitched up by this post. The fact that he is recovered implies that he had previously been upholstered, which as noted above is no laughing matter as the HSE obviously didn’t review the original accident report property, otherwise a proper risk assessment would have prevented it occurring again. I think it’s curtains for that company.

Yes at last a good feel story in this world of doom and gloom of ours.Good to know. Industrial accidents can often prove fatal or result in life-changing injuries.
Best wishes to the man involved and his family
I think you may be a bit too hung up and worrying yourself too much about this being a recurring incident. There is nothing in the original post to say that this was a second accident. Simply replacing the man's initial / born with covering would be 'recovering' - yes, a second recovering would also be termed 'recovering', but I can't see any indication that this is what was happening here. I don't think there's any cause for the company to be on pins and needles with regard to their security. The fact that he is recovered implies that he had previously been upholstered, which as noted above is no laughing matter as the HSE obviously didn’t review the original accident report property, otherwise a proper risk assessment would have prevented it occurring again.
