Maybe both. He's certainly autocratic, and was bankrolled as an aspiring Senator by Thiel, CEO of Palantir - he also is anti democratic.
Thiel has I believe bid for Palantir to run out NHS systems (I don't know the latest on that) ...
In general I think most of Trump's blitzkrieg aspirations this term are very serious.

Ah so that’s why our Trump-supporting NSCers are so quiet - in the best tradition of the Trump Presidency, they’ve been hired to run the Country in recognition of their expertise and commitment to the public good and are therefore far too busy posting press briefings on Truth Social to be bothered with lille ‘ole us

The artist also did President Obama, and he looks wonderful, but the one on me is truly the worst. She must have lost her talent as she got older. In any event, I would much prefer not having a picture than having this one, but many people from Colorado have called and written to complain. In fact, they are actually angry about it! I am speaking on their behalf to the Radical Left Governor, Jared Polis, who is extremely weak on Crime, in particular with respect to Tren de Aragua, which practically took over Aurora (Don’t worry, we saved it!), to take it down. Jared should be ashamed of himself!”
