Going, looking forward to it, low expectations of a result, but love the "what if..." about these games. Everybody will make their own decisons etc. and that's fine by me, but I don't quite get "meh" when we are about to play the current European Champs, The current PL holders, some of the greatest talents in football and we will give it a go.
Last year's heights are just that. This years challenge is now to finish in Top 10 (or higher) and a short time ago, I would have swooned at the opportunity of having my team play the last few games without the fear and agony of being relegation-threatened. Enjoyed the break of the last couple of weeks but ready to go for the rest now..
I was amazed at the number of tickets available for sale when I listed mine a couple of days ago, immediately resigning myself to the fact they won't sell.

If if were against any of United, Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea or Liverpool there'd be far fewer tickets up for grabs.

Bit like the Arsenal game for me, not expecting anything from the game, but who knows, I just really hope the players are up for it after 12 days rest and give them zero respect ensuring Pep goes all "don't you know who we are" on the touchline - but I know full well a 5th minute Foden goal will ruin everything

Do they not sell under 18 tickets on the ticket exchange ?
All exchange re-sales are at adult price.

This is because the ticket holder is recompensed based on what they paid for the ticket so if an adult STH seats was re-sold to an u-18, they'd get far less returned to them. And it would make the whole re-sale thing a bit of a lottery as to whether your ticket was bought by an adult or a child.

I'll be there.
Can't see it being much fun but hey ho.
It's always fun listening to the coked up bell end in front of me slagging off our players for no reason, at least a dicking to city will give him some satisfaction I guess.
I had no faith last season. Even less when the team sheet came out. Then BAM. A cracker, where, in between Enciso's blammer we also played some of our best football of the season at really high intensity and should have won it.

Hard to argue with any of those reasons - apart from the un-numbered last reason. We're always going to be the patsies making up the numbers against the oligarchs and the petro-states. How we're playing at any given time is purely incidental. As EPL things stand, it's never going to be a meeting of equals, or anywhere near. Domestically this is as good as it gets. Which is still pretty damn good. How far we've come etc...
I was half joking but, if I'm honest, if we were full-strength/playing well, I'd be more likely to ignore the many other blockers.

Again, I'm making the effort to go to Bournemouth. (A bigger, more-important game, really.)

missing the villa game and have a golf match at the Man U game. So looks like if all the doomsayers have their way, chelsea will be the last time I see RDZ as our manager.

that is such a depressing thought!

I shall be 35000 ft up flying back from Tenerife whilst the game is on. Hoping for a pleasant surprise when we land.

Fed up with trains. Sick of the rain.
Not going, simply because, having got through the whole sodding, miserable winter without so much as a sniffle, I now have the cold from hell 🤬.

Annoyed to miss it. Not sorry to miss the selection of three and four coach chuggers that constitute the post match rail service for midweek games at the Amex.

Yup, this will never cease to be anything other than an unfit-for-purpose service for a schoolday event hosting 30k spectators at the arse end of the BN1 postcode. The club's continued silence speaks volumes. Suck it up suckers!

*edit* the Chailey batphone will be ringing off its hook even as we speak

You would think we were relegated by some of the negativity. Cheer up lads. It’s a great game. Albion master class incoming.
