Deeper with every post.
Are you a parody of a racist account?
I called him a troll the other day. I'll take that back.

My current hypothesis is he'd simply not the sharpest tool in the box.

Oh well. Never mind. I am going to put him on ignore as he brings nothing to the table (despite his frequent visits). <sigh>

Make a point, obviously.
As was Rosa Parks & various suffragettes

And what was that point ? That you can try to create public disorder and then make a story out of it most places if you really try and have the right connections :dunce:

And I'm afraid comparing what he did to what Rosa Parks endured and did is an absolutely disgusting insult to the whole Civil Rights Movement (and the Suffragettes).

Well, he calls himself 'Media, litigation, public policy and business strategist'

You're obviously desperately looking for antisemite tropes where there aren't any :dunce:

But enough of your whataboutery, back to the actual question what 'point' was he trying to make ? (without insulting the Civil rights movement, suffragettes or any other persecuted groups please)

That increasingly central London at the weekends isn't a comfortable, or frankly safe place to be of you're openly Jewish. As demonstrated by the nauseating chants directed at him by 'peaceful' marchers & the words of the copper who spoke to him

Obviously, having watched the full video, you know there was a pro-Israeli demo further down the same road which is where they asked him to 'cross the street'. Do you think it would be 'comfortable or safe' for a pro palestinian demonstrator to have forced their way through that demo, rather than cross the street a couple of hundred yards up ?

And I think that these 'openly Jewish' people, who were actually in London, would disagree with you and him

What's your experience of this ?

As I said earlier I have lots of experience being in groups of Jews and protesters in London In recent weeks and have never seen anyone attacked or abused. I'm not denying it happens I know anti Semitic incidents are up big in this country but to say that you're not safe in central London at weekends if you're Jewish is just wrong .

Please do give me your first hand experiences if you feel I'm talking bollox. Or are you just talking from behind a keyboard in Sussex?

I live in North London in and around massive Jewish communities. Every weekend when I get on the tube in the morning I take an awkward glance around when I see Jewish families and Palestine protesters in the same carriage, no one is getting threatened though. And it's safe to walk the streets with a kippah on.

On the other hand I really cannot see what the policeman has done wrong (apart from threatening arrest) obviously it's a pretty stupid thing to do walking next to a protest as an openly Jewish person. It only takes one idiot to do something stupid or rile other people up. As others on this thread have said , there would be no outrage if the police did this against footy fans! It's just common sense policing.

As for the protests. About half the protesters seem to be tarquins, looney lefties or students who have no clue what is going on in Israel. Some of the stuff on social media where these protesters have been questioned about what is going on and clearly have no idea is hilarious. I'm not for banning peaceful protests (like the French have) but can't they move these marches away from central London? They are causing a nuisance , literally every weekend, and, no disrespect but they are achieving very little apart from inconveniencing normal Londoners going to work and going about their business at weekends.

Yeah, but that is North London in a big Jewish community. Is it different in other parts of London and the UK? I don’t know, just curious given the number of Jewish people I have seen interviewed who live in fear of making themselves obvious

Mate, there's no chance of you being taken seriously posting links from DDN. You'd get a more balanced view on anything Jewish from Der Stürmer

What are you saying, they aren't jewish ? they weren't on the march, it's all AI generated conspiracy ? So in answer as to the question what he was trying to do, we get a laughing emoji, followed 30 minutes later by the above. It's very clear that you've proven my point and have no answer, I'll leave you to your theories and whataboutery :bigwave:

It seems the end game for this Gideon chap is to try to force the Head of the Met to resign so he can be replaced with someone who who will ban the legitimate protests.
