The thing that made me momentarily think it might just be the real thing is the way they've comprehensively f*cked up the collar. Club's got previous there. Do like the lightning bolt stripes tho, plenty of scope to create something well decent along similar lines

A few weeks ago I was in India watching the test series with England. Outside each ground were more than 20 people selling various knock off (poor quality) Adidas shirts.
I couldn't get my head around the business model. The item costs 'x' amount to make, then the manufacturer needs to make a profit, and then the sales people need to make something.

The sale price for every shirt (adults or kids) was 200 rupees.
This is the equivalent on 1.87 pounds each shirt.
If you felt really mean you could barter with them.

Just about every India fan was wearing one.

Is this next season’s kit, a certain site where apparently you can purchase “moody” kits has this ready for order, also a new yellow away kit.

Unrelated, A "mate" of mine has had 2 new England shirts show up from said moody site. You even get a fake Nike bag with them.

Don’t Amex insist the advert is always in Amex blue ? On that basis this is a nonsense. And thank goodness for that. This is an utter monstrosity.

Yellow one reminds me of the Newcastle banana away short from the Championship.

The site I've seen it on usually get new shirts right well before they're announced (including the new England shirts at the beginning of this year) to sell them but the sponsor alone makes me doubt this, although there may be some elements that are correct?

Unfortunately the neck is the same as some other upcoming Nike shirts, so it may be the same design either way

Well if that shit lighting striped abomination ever makes it on, on the upside it will be a nice quiet year for the staff in the clubshop.

Beginning to think this probably is 'loosely' our shirt for next year as I've just seen Liverpool's confirmed shirt and they also have the same hideous neckline :-(

Maybe Amex would be up for having their logo in yellow if it also goes with a yellow away kit? Pretty sure they said they weren't going to be involved in football sponsorship before sponsoring us, so a change of heart isn't totally impossible. Bloody hope it's not true mind, it's somehow worse than last season's 'effort'.
