Not all mattresses these days are ' flippable'Eeek! I need a new one. How many people flip their mattress over?

Just buy a door, lay it flat on the bedframe, and sleep on that.

I know you have all be waiting with bated breath for the outcome of this…Vispring wins and was ordered this morning.
Premier Inn (with topper) from Land of Beds. Fabulous.
I think it's best to not wonder at all about such things. #shudder
I bought a Silent Night one in Feb. Deep, hand tufted, spring thing. Extra firm.
Not a fortune. £400 and something .
I have a memory foam mattress topper on that.
Treated myself to the Premier Inn range of duvet and pillows. Honestly, there’s a reason they have an online shop. Fantastic stuff.
And some nice, heavy linen bedding.
Sleep is so important.
Never been comfier. Took a bit of adapting to but now, never been happier with my sleep.

Yes. I read some bad reviews but mattresses are a very personal preference, I think .
This one looked like it would suit my needs and I’m very happy with it.
But everyone is different. What works for me might give others a terrible nights sleep.

We went for an Otty Hybrid Mattress a few years ago, along with a couple of their pillows.
Very comfortable and happy with it.
Has a temperature regulating layer so haven't found it being too hot.

Not a bad choice although they are not the quality they once were. Sold to an American company who promptly outsourced the divan making section and changed filling specification. Still a quality company however. In terms of overall quality I would have gone for Somnus (Harrison group) they only use natural fillings and are leaders in environmental sustainability.

I notice you mention divan. The one I have ordered is for a frame bed (I was given a choice)....has this also been outsourced?

I went for one of those 'memory foam top, springs underneath' contraptions. I've had a bad back for many years and thought this would be my saviour, as per the adverts.
May I just say that if you have a bad back, and you buy one of these - the man on the right is who you will feel like in about 6 sleeps.
