Seems like the numbers are slowing down now. So around 465 - 475 remain for tier 3 sale at midday. More than I thought there'd be.

Yep thought it would sell out by 9:15. Won't many tier2 people left to buy as they will all have been eager to get in and secure a ticket as soon as poss.
I'm holding out hope that the number of people in that next band is going to be pretty small but we will see.

As we move down the tiers, people will have had far lower confidence of getting a ticket, so fewer will have made concrete travel plans and may now find it too difficult/expensive.
Take-up is likely to be even lower in the next tier.

Must admit the demand is impressive, we could sell 5k if we had the allocation

I'm in the same tier as you and I predict it'll go like this:
Tier 1 took 2,500, Tier 2 took 500, Tier 3 will be less than that I suspect leaving around 100 for those of us in Tier 4.
I have to say I don't think you're getting one. I'm 3pm today and I reckon my chances are at about 25%

There is zero expectation of any more tickets.
From what I understand 5k was never on. The club tried very hard for 4k, but there was no movement from the other side at all.
If they'd granted us 5k, and had clearly indicated that this would be the case, right from the beginning, THEN yes, we'd have sold them.
