What are you wittering on about Walker for? The flakey Internet rumour is a lip reader telling us precisely what is was Maupay said to him in the middle of a football match.
Are you sure about that? So - what did Maupay 'precisely say'?

This seems to be the gist of most reports.

He's got more career goals than Madison (according to Wikipedia) and Walker is a cheating tosspot.

And Maupay inadvertently helped Alic Mac win the World Cup.

So, Team Maupay.
And less relegations on his cv than Maddison too

If you condone bringing someone’s kids into an argument about football then I guess you are Team Maupay. Bit of a tacky team. I don’t feel the need to weigh up the relative merits of Maupay and Walker’s behaviour. It is possible for a grown up to not think much of either. And yes he is a bit shit in the league he is playing in.
Bet you are great fun at parties.

If we can just take our ex Albion rose tinted specs off for a minute. There's a point where his antics become tiresome and predictable and we can all agree that just maybe he should concentrate on his football skills. Have his wind up antics helped Everton or Brentford win games? To be honest other players should just rise above his nonsense.

Brighton’s leading scorer for three consecutive seasons is a bit shit?

I think you are making my point for me. The "precisely" here is sarcastic. Is what a lip reader thinks someone else has said a primary source of evidence? Even worse when it is what they think someone is claiming someone else said together with the alleged offender seeming to deny it happened. This is not the Nixon tapes where the evidence is clear. Neither of the alledged conversation's participants have gone on record as far as I understand it.

So, sure, Maupay may have made a joke or two about Walker's duplicitous love life. Rather like almost everyone does about Boris Johnson. If this happened, to my mind, Walker would know he couldn't complain about it directly and so tried to take some sort high ground by suggesting something sordid about his children was being said.

But there is no hard evidence, just a flakey Internet rumour, so to condemn Maupay based purely on it is wrong.

Lastly should this rumour get confirmed, can we all agree to not come back to this thread? Basically - please dont let it bounce.

The dart thing last week was weird, it's something you do after a last minute winner, not with 80 minutes left of the game.

It was all mildly amusing and turned it into a match with needle, However Maupay being completely triggered after the match from Maddisons comments suggest he can't take it back and went home and had a little cry.
Maupay was the most triggered? :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I was just condemning two posters on here who were supporting him based on a flakey internet rumour. Are you saying they were lying ? Fair enough.
? ???

Finding something amusing is not the same as supporting. I thought Maddison's reaction was amusing but I don't support him. Actually I can't even guess which two posters have annoyed you.

I fear you've lost your mind over this.

No he didn’t. He gave an example of what could be said about Walker’s sense of responsibility to his various kids, and not insulting the kids themselves.
When someone picks a pedantic fight with you, I fear they have lost their mind.

Oh well.

Maupay slagged off Walker, not his kids. It seems that most people here disagree with you.

So you think Maupay is chavvy, and you think we're all chavvy and support bringing kids into an argument.

I think you're talking shit.
This.

When I was accused of being a chav by our learned friend, I was forced to raise an eyebrow.

Not cool of Maupay to do this but if I have any feelings on this matter it’s sorrow for Walker’s kids. Imagine having that shit for a father.

Surely it should be Le Petit S***house? No e at the end of Petit as Le is masculine. And there's only 3 *** in S***house. I thank you Varndean for my education and subsequent pedantry.

So, it appears that Neil Maupay is on a mission to wind-up every opposition player who he comes into contact with.
After Maddison last week he has now upset serial philanderer Kyle Walker. Allegedly making comments about the man’s children( it’s not clear whether it was Walkers ‘official’ children or his ‘other’ kids) Walker was meant to have told the referee he was going to knock Maupay out.

This was all discovered by a lip reader.😂😂

Personally, I love Neil and think that Walker deserves every insult he gets.

So, where do you stand, Maupay has a point, or Walkers kids are off limits?

I’m surprised there is no other thread on this, unless I’ve missed it, if I have, apologies.
The only shit I give about Maupay is that he no longer plays for us. I was so relieved when he went
