I'm FAIRLY sure that whatever the rules are, on numbers of loans, the ones to clubs abroad are not counted in the same way as loans within the same country.
I thought they were all counted the same but under 21s and club trained players didn’t count towards the total number of allowed loans. So Eric Dier’s loan to Bayern, for example, wouldn’t count towards whatever the limit is this season.

Good play pre Spurs but not sure what’s happened to him since then. Is the premier league too physical / fast for him or is just Spurs haven’t played him right?

I thought he looked their best player on the night in that half an hour against us (know not saying much), but his shift took it from 4-0 to 4-2

Surprised to learn he's only 22. At least he shouldn't be over the Gil.

Not seen enough of him in the prem to really have a view. However he stood out in the home game against spurs to the point I was suprised he didn’t have more game time.

As a rotational squad member why not. We aren’t looking at first team players in Jan. someone to help the squad push on second half of the season why not. The worst that can happen is he’s shit.

Personally I see him as a good addition.

Nice little write up on him from a couple of years ago when he signed for Spurs. There’s been talk on here of a need to sign another inverted winger, a left footed player who can play wide right while Solly is out and although Gil’s mainly played on the left, he can do that role too. I do like the idea of this signing, hope there’s something in it.

We did a brilliant turnaround on Billy Gilmour. We can do the same here.
