Very interesting article here about Tony Bloom & his bloodstock investment.

The 16/1 winner is a very good horse..

lle Antlantique looks like a chaser going over hurdles.. Arkle 2025 next year or possibly the Turners as 2m 4f will suit better

Tony's Tango Boy is declared to run tomorrow at Plumpton (15:20) - Will be well worth keeping an eye on the market once the prices become available.
11 year old running three miles round a ploughed field with a few hurdles thrown in, and two most recent runs ended Fell and Pulled Up? Not for me Jeff, not even each way at a hefty double figures price

Plumpton very much not a ploughed field these days. The grounds staff won grounds team of the year last year. They have really sorted out the drainage and the turf is in brilliant condition now, investment and hard work really paying off. As a member there it has been very much improved in the last ten years or so.

Can't argue with that - 2 horses died racing there last year compared to 5 in 2022 and 8 in 2021

Barbaric so called "sport" where horses die solely for betting purposes.

Fair enough, not been there for a while. Think the last time I was there a 66/1 outsider came home in a three mile chase in a field of three, being the last horse left standing 😀
