We’ve always laughed about that shite. Polyester ‘padded’ copycat winter coats with a tog value of 0.5.

Churned out in Asian or Leicester sweatshops, at landfill within a year or two.
It’s not even disposable fashion.

Just disposable.

All I can say is that there wasn't this problem at the Bournemouth match in 2019. Tickets on the day, eldest jnr spent £150 in the club shop on the new home shirt & other retro ones. I felt sorry for youngest jnr so bought him a replica home shirt & thought 'sod it' I'll buy myself one as well (someone gave us ticket vouchers for Xmas). 3 years later can't get a ticket or a shirt (I don't want a shirt tbh)!
I'm finding our new found fame really exciting and am loving it but I'm beginning to get bitter and twisted at people who are suddenly saying 'I went to blah, blah game, did you go?' Next person that says to me about Saturdays game, I'm going to ask them if they went to the 2019 one. Guarantee they'll say that they didn't as we 'were sh*t' at the time (in their eyes not mine). The JCL's are really beginning to annoy me, they've all got the money to pay for membership etc to get tickets, they weren't sitting in the Amex watching a 3rd round cup game vs Coventry 5 years ago.
As I said I'm loving our position on the table & how far we've come, but I wish everyone else would just f8*k off & go back to ignoring us. Yes I'm a grumpy old & resentful git at the moment, it takes a lot for your jnr's to openly support the club whilst every other kid supported a 'top six' & one of them got slightly bullied for it. The little s**t who bullied one of my jnr's for supporting BHA went to the cup game the other week & my jnr didn't. I want us to go back under the radar but have this amazing global support at the same time! Being a BHA fan is never plain sailing! :lolol:

It's the one area where the club has really failed oddly. I've been in a few club shops over the years and ours is woefully behind in terms of merchandise offering and availability of stock. I have a feeling they do so well online that they don't care maybe?

The club could be making so much more money if the stock levels were even close to adequate. I've wandered in the shop several times to make a purchase and wandered out again empty handed because of the unavailability of the popular sizes. I think this is a perfect issue for the FAB to highlight...

Does anyone know when our Nike contract expires?

This summer. Unless there’s been a contract extension and we’ve not been made aware.

Usually the away kit becomes our third and there’s a mention of it on the sell page for it, but that’s missing, so…

I've been wanting an Albion SNOOD for quite a while. I don't even think they do them.

Its things like this that keep me awake at night.
Indeed but I did note they had Albion briefs on Saturday. Unfortunately they didn't stock XXXXXL for me

Nope. There's definitely a major stock issue - with kit/training gear, at least. Little available online either. Been like it for months.
Yes, I was given a gift-card as a present in October. We don't seem to sell any adult shirts online any more.

I've noticed quite a few comments from Japanese Mitoma fans on BHAFC related youtube videos also asking for a shirt restock. One matchday vlogger was getting maybe 10k views before Mitoma started scoring. His latest vid after another Mitoma winner has over 400k and full of Japanese! Definitely missing out on a huge new market and not tapping into what maybe a time limited opportunity, depending if Mitoma stays with us next season, seems even more wasteful.

Think I may get Mitoma printed on the back of some old shirts and put them on ebay.

Lots of fans with lots of complaints and lots of solutions. Simple isn’t it?

Has anyone asked FAB to pick this up and/or been brave enough to put their thoughts to Paul Barber?

I’m not sure that anyone could have seen the meteoric rise in popularity of Mitoma.

This thread is like that Woody Allen joke “the food (“tat”) at this place is terrible”
“I know …and such small portions”

We are becoming a big player in this league and I would hope that Barber can wave a stick at the big manufacturers and get both quality and quantity. We. Seem to run out of replica kit almost as soon as the season starts. With our multinational squad and popularity there is going to be a big ongoing demand. Time to cash in.

Well like any shop with a lack of stock - it would be nice to have an update on when there’s a new delivery etc

But what else are the FAB going to do ? Unless you’re arguing club are unaware their replica shirts are sold out and it’s passed them by that there’s clearly a lot of pent up demand for them from Japanese fans or new Brighton fans keen to worship at the church of RDZ.

This.

Every training photo and pre-match warm up has the players advertising them just by wearing them.
I have never seen any for sale online nor in the shop.

We went in twice, after the Liverpool (cup) and Bournemouth games as my 13yr old daughter was interested in a Hyper Turq shirt for her birthday. Sadly no chance, they only had XXL or bigger and some kits for very young kids.

Do the FAB even need to raise the isuue with Paul Barber? The man is no idiot and will know exactly what the fans think of this situation.

Playing devils advocate, something that l am famous for doing, l do have some sympathy with the club on their stance, certainly when it comes to the non availablity of the hyper turq kit, currently our 3rd choice, and set to disappear completely come the end of the season. They seem to be running scared of being left with unsold stock they are unable to sell.

That said the current campaign is only half way through, so plenty of opportunity to sell the stripes, and the crimson 2nd kit too one would think.

It does seem like the club would benefit from having a more responsive kit supplier

Yes, I have some sympathy too when you couple all this with potential changes of sponsor and sub sponsors. Must be a minefield organising kit changes around all this. That being said, it would be good if first, second and third kits could each be on a three year cycle so that you only have pressure to buy one kit a year.
