Keeper should never have stayed on. Barely looked like he could figure out what to do for the goalkick.

Same reason Bruno bear hugged at every single corner that went against us. I don't recall many of them being given as a penalty either.

The fact that they are self-policed makes the protocols about as effective as a FIFA corruption investigation. There needs to be an independent doctor on point.
Still, you have to feel for the goalkeeper - if you watch closely you can see him explaining to his medical staff that this was the biggest basketball match of his career.

They have a "free" sub for concussion, they should have pulled the keeper much earlier. Best part of 10 minutes wasted.
Also FIFA ought to have a neutral concussion doctor to make the call. Feel sorry for the player, of course he wants to continue, but he clearly was totally dazed.
