Yes, in Dubai and the Gulf region, all PL games are shown on BeIN ports channels. Even in Nigeria, the games are shown on the DSTV system (cable network). Overseas TV rights are a huge source of income for the PL to pay huge wages and attract global talent.

In Nigeria, all PL games are shown on DSTV (cable TV). In the Gulf (Dubai), all PL games are shown BeIN Sports. Overseas TV rights is how the PL makes so much money from television contracts, and thus attract the best talent.
