recently dropped into the Red Lion, Lindfield - didn't look much from the outside - typical high street pub - but was pleasantly surprised by the food.
Also an all time favourite - the Fountain at Ashurst - nice garden
pebble dashed the walls of the ladies toilet in Sherry's with pernod & black - about 17
jack daniels - spent an entire night with my head down the toilet after a session an that when I was much older - should have known better :)
can't stomach either of them now...
at Elm Park Reading - seem to remember throwing toilet rolls onto the pitch which had been stolen from a pub loo on the way up...
at Molyneux - nearly broke my ankle running down the terrace when we scored
and my personal favourite at Sixfields - extremely drunk from pubs en route & around the...
no - i liked it too.
Miss all the people we used to sit with who are scattered around the Amex now.
Miss the trees, squirrels, fireworks, chips etc.
thats not to say of course that i don't love the Amex but i have fond memories of lots of things from Withers.
