If you post your jobs on any job board about you our going to attract rubbish candidates. Going to a niche job board on the other hand works well, I'm currently working for a job board, and admittedly you get the odd rubbish candidate, majority of the time they are really good. Personally I feel that job boards are the way forward. They are a one off fee (Normally very reasonable) and you would receive a number of quality candidates. Also clients are always more receptive, mainly because there not pirates just steeling their money.

Right mate, first things first, go to your backroom advice meetings regularly BUT don't always take their advice. Once you've done that sort out your captain, look who has the highest influence in the player stats (Prabably is Greer but double check). Then ask advice on what style you should use...
