I've been to discovery cove. It was a really nice day, and you do get the you do get a whole day there (not just the hour with the dolphin), and you get your food and drinks included.... but then you have to pay for the added extras like pictures and videos. You can swim with dolphins at Epcot...

We have halloween parties at work for kids but i guess you could adapt it for adults. We do broom-stick races, but you could do it like the drinking games where you run around the stick in circles and then have a race. Apple bobbing is always fun as well!
