[Albion] Going to France. On the plane. WITH YOUR CAR.

My Uncle was a Bristol Freighter pilot based at Lydd for several years doing these flights. As a small kid I would spend time there in the summer holidays watching these aircraft 'consume' their load of cars and passengers. In later years I worked for BIA whose Dart Heralds operated the Silver...

Good on you Tony - too many people have great life stories they never get around to doing. Book ordered and really looking forward to reading it - hope you enjoy the game today.

[Music] Dark Side of the moon

Saw it played live at Wembley many many moons ago .... I was too young to properly appreciate but utterly terrific piece of work.

[Albion] Anyone else considering cancelling their ST's?

Just seen the clubs FB season ticket renewal promo video ....almost all the highlights were from away games!! Been lifelong fan and STH since Withdean days but finally gave up after last season and 'pleased' I did - Potterball can be very good but at home it's seldom edge of your seats stuff.

[Other Sport] Anyone been white water rafting?

Yes did the same course a few years ago - although they 'teach' you what to do if you get thrown out it doesn't reflect what actually happens if it's at the top of the course. First run was fine but we all came out second time around at the top and I went down 3 sets of rapids ...... not fun...

[Albion] Double page interview with GP in today's MOS

Really interesting article about a bloke who is a genuine, authentic person who was significantly affected by the tragic loss of his parents and which ensures he always sees everything around him in that context - life is frail and football is fickle. He may not be the most charismatic manager...

[Albion] "Return to the Amex" questions

From what I've seen, STH's won't be given a choice whether they want to be in the ballot - simple question - why not? It just doesn't make sense for people who don't want to go (for whatever reason) to potentially receive tickets for games they don't want to go to when people who do want to go...

    [Misc] Power of Attorney

Just done this for 2 relatives - health & welfare plus property & financial affairs for each of them so 4 in total. Cost £82 each - no need to use a solicitor - all applied for online https://www.gov.uk/power-of-attorney then need to print off 20 pages for each PoA and get them signed in the...

    Trump

He's a delinquent child who shouldn't be in charge of a remote control - surrounded by sycophants who feed him lies which he swallows day after day and he's too thick to begin to know reality
