I have been waiting for my season ticket to turn up, but a friend of mine says that they are just loading the details to your old smartcard unless you are a new season ticket holder or are changing seats? Can anyone clarify?

I bought two. Little Coach's stone is not how I spelled it on the order and I'm not happy with how you cant read them due to poor quality colouring of the lettering/background. Please add my two to the list and I will dig out the certificate numbers.
