Technically all planning appeals are made to the Secretary of State. Most are delegated to Planning Inspectors to determine but even those decisions made by the Secretary of State are based on a recommendation from a Planning Inspector.
Reading the Planning Officer's report suggests that the Agent of Change issue has been considered and the ability to convert to residential uses without a further planning application would be removed. Looks like there would also be a condition on any planning permission requiring sound proofing.
Ordered mine on the first day, with Europa League badges and it has just arrived.
Bag was sealed. Shirt was properly folded but no tags.
For shirts I tend to be a medium if the cut is generous but these days its more likely to be a large. I therefore opted for the Large size EL top and it is a...
Been using Church Road Dental Care in Burgess Hill for a few years. Seems to be a fairly small practice but they have always been friendly and helpful.
A friend of mine has been very impressed with Hassocks Dental Surgery since going there a couple of years ago in an emergency.
Very few things to do with planning are black and white, it's all shades of grey! :)
Just because a Council says there is insufficient information doesn't necessarily mean that is the case and of course it doesn't mean there isn't the possibility of an applicant re-submitting a scheme with more...
No. Club wrote flagging a number of concerns but its not what you'd call an objection.
Officer recommendation to refuse - partly on the scale of the scheme/visual effect/position next to SDNP and partly on insufficient information on various issues. Given the 'investment' in the application so...
No, the mesh network doesn't take over your existing wifi but piggybacks on your internet feed and runs a second wifi signal alongside your existing wifi signal.
I've got three ethernet connections plugged into the back of my existing BT router, one of which is the primary box on the mesh...
No experience/recommendations but these videos might be of general interest? Matt Watson works for Carwow and reviews cars on YouTube. These videos are of him getting his own car treated/protected just after he bought it.
Went to both pre-pandemic. Can’t really remember too much about exactly what we had to eat/drink other than the food being very good and the overall experience was positive.
Cafe Malbec was for a lazy Sunday brunch and couldn’t fault the food or the relaxed atmosphere. It was a Sunday in...
We've got an Argentinian international playing No.10 for us - surely it was an easy tap in for the marketing dept to recycle this one rather than ripping off Pompey:
Man Utd and Man City both have international goalkeepers on their bench but Liverpool have a goalkeeper not deemed good enough at the end of last season to warrant a spot on West Ham's bench, so us having Ryan plus a sub-optimal back-up and a couple of potential youngsters is about where we...
Seem to remember a period at Withdean where several players scored on their debut for us but that was often as good as it got. Think Junior Lewis was one who scored on his debut, looked a useful loan signing and then went on to do nothing spectacular for us or anyone else!
Can't really recall him being a noted d**khead at Leicester so not sure if its just a case of having £100k/week and nothing else to do or he was more under the radar at Leicester?
Either way, if he can recapture some level of his pre-chelsea form then if nothing else it would certainly...
