Done German football weekends a few times. Have a look at flights from London City to Dusseldorf. Then stay in Dusseldorf rather than Dortmund. Just get the train on game day as the travel will be included in the ticket price. Dusseldorf is a great city, Dortmund doesn't have that much to offer.

Have been to Belle Dune a few times. Would seem to tick your boxes but you need to check the opening times for the pool. Not sure it opens fully untill July. If you can try and secure a property near the outdoor pool. And if you're into it take your golf clubs. The course is fantastic.
