Yep. Not gonna lie, you will need an improved booster to get it round the house, as the router isn't all that. I use Amazon's eero and it works great. No problem with Zoom plus 4k streaming on it at all, at the same time (it wasn't always so!)

Id go with the Eero mesh 6 which I have and is more reliable than the powerline stuff. Depends on house size but the 3 pack should do you for a 3 up 3 down.
Go and see Collins and Hayes factory shop in Hastings. They often also have clearances up to 50% off the factory shop price. This leads me to think they would be open to lowish offers vs the ticket price. All great hardwaring stuff and very attractive too. Good luck.
