I'm trainign for going into the Navy, to get through I have to run 2.4K in under 12.42, last time i did it I did it in 11.11 which i was happy with. I did a 5k park run yesterday in 32 minutes and was pretty chuffed, after reading the last few posts on here I have realised I am dreadfully slow...

If youre going to use enough to cheese to hide a horse, i would suggest that amount of cheese would actually be more noticeable than the horse itself thereby rendering it redundant as anyone looking for the horse would surely have a look at this cheese monument and find the horse anyway.
