Corrected for you. We are not struggling with our phones. For many of us the concept of our tickets ' dynamically ' updating to the current game is but a dream. Supporter services fiddling around with my mobile ticket since Tuesday then gave up yesterday and just assured me I would get in OK on the Watford ticket.
I insisted they checked my covid pass because it had taken me 5 minutes to open the App on my phone.
No ID.
No pat down.

Probably won't bother with a mask again, the without's seem to far out way the wearers.

Are these 'phone tickets' implemented for eco reasons, to get rid of plastic? If so I do get it but at the moment its causing a right faff for a lot of people.
I had to queue for 15mins to get in today due to people struggling with their phones, which during these anxious times with crowds etc is not ideal to be cooped up with 100's of people...... I managed to swipe our two tickets fine today but I suspect the tech will fail me sooner or later too and I'll be one holding up the person behind!
I would rather do all this when things are slightly more normal again.

Group of four, one of us Covid-checked. Had my ST and 2 ST guest tickets in my google pay wallet, all worked first time. 10/10.
The people managing the Lewes queue need a right bollocking, it was utterly shambolic. Saw 3 half-empty trains depart whilst we were in the queue.
Buses went past half empty and didn't stop at bus stops. 15 minutes later than advertised
after their arrival as well. I mean wtf is going on?

I showed my Covid pass and ID and was security checked before getting to the turnstiles. Not sure why so many people weren't being checked as there was no reason not to.
I think they call it "discrimination". I felt like a ******g criminal.

Covid pass checked, no ID check and queued for less than 5 minutes in North. It took twice as long to get a drink inside

Unless I'm missing something, how were you being treated like shit just being asked to show your covid pass and ID and being security checked (as I was)?
Because nobody else was in the line I was queueing.
