The Twitter account ? Or The Zambian journalist he was liberally quoting from - probably via the RB Salzburg forum - who first reported on the transfer ?

I’d have to check, to be honest I can’t remember.

All I know is that original tweet, no matter where the info originated, came off as very unbelievable as the account had 100 or so followers. You are spot on that there’s a lot of regurgitating of information from other sources on Twitter.

What am I missing (other than Naylor says no).

Nah you’ve not missed anything, we’ll just me being facetious. Mr Naylor is often entirely wrong so I was going with that :)

For my part, being VERY itk, I can tell you we’re probably not singing Luis Diaz.

Brighton factually.....
What does he mean 'they haven't got much to talk about'?

Ah this is actually quite clever, and how someone in the press portrays that they know something you don’t, when in actual fact, you know probably more than them.

It’s not like new players have signed, been sent on loan, have or still are at a major tournament, fans could return, transfer targets, and rumours of players possibly targets, formations, positions to change, injuries to assess, and thank goodness Covid has gone away.

Nope nothing to talk about really

Disappointing but not surprising

I think Potter wants a left footed forward player. Diaz is right footed and nearly always attacks on his inside from his showreels. Gonzalez seemed a much better fit. Pereira is the man for me, proven in the EPL with possibly, a relegation release clause of £15m.

That's the first I've heard of Pereira's release clause. Would be a bargain at that price.

Looks like the guy who broke the Mwepu transfer has another scoop:

PS: He didn't break the Mwepu transfer. He did have the good sense - perhaps - to spot the opportunity to use his tiny Twitter account to share the news amongst #bhafc fans about the reporting being shared on the RB Salzburg forum by a Zambian journalist that Mwepu was headed to the EPL . He didn't acknowledge that and claimed the reporting for his own.
He's been very bullish since and some outlets have taken his tweets as gospel without trying to stand them up. Notably the £22m transfer fee which was denied by the club. But honestly. Diaz ?
