Every team apart from Real Madrid and possible Barca are selling clubs.

If we could get big money for White from PSG we should definitely sell him. Decent centre backs aren't that hard to come by, and the revenue from a sale like that could improve our goalscoring prospects massively. It would also be a great bit of PR for the club, when it comes to encouraging young players to join us.

Can you list the players we've developed and then sold to 'bigger' clubs for profit. I can't recall any of note so far off the top of my head.

As I said though, I'm woefully out of touch now and may have missed a few.

I do agree with you though. Pretty much every club is a 'selling' club, to varying degrees.

Virgo. Zamora. Ulloa.

There are none to name. Just because it hasn't happened in the past doesn't mean it won't happen in the future. It seems pretty obvious to me at least that Bloom's strategy is a production line/conveyor belt of talent that we buy young, develop, play, excel and then sell on at a profit, so the line/belt can continue on its merry way. If we don't sell White and/or Biss this summer, then there's a whole host of players in our squad that won't get much of a chance (Caicedo and Moder are the most obvious ones, but there are several others too).
In doing this, we also develop a reputation of being a stepping stone club, of not preventing players from signing for top four clubs, etc and thereby can attract the cream of the young talent into our belt/line strategy.

Decent centre backs aren't hard to come by, we have about 32 of them on our books. We would probably need to buy a couple of replacements though.

None that we’ve developed, so far. But since selling Ulloa we’ve not had many players, home-grown or otherwise, that have had serious interest from any clubs bigger than us at the time. Freshly relegated and parachute-funded Fulham wanted Dunk back in 2015 and Burnley wanted Stephens a year later, but their relative bigness to us at the time wasn’t quite the same as teams like Man U, Liverpool or PSG.
