Can't wait for the summer transfer window, Utd chasing Sancho and Grealish again, all the while they still have that lumbering, slab head of an oaf at CB

strange decision with the penalty, he was clearly offside, why didn't the ref give it offside?

I don't dislike the chap but I don't think there's a more overrated player in the league.

City are going to absolutely stroll it this season. Been a really, really poor league this year.

These are our fixtures up until the end of Feb...

Palace (H)
WBA (A)
Leicester (H)
Saints (A)
Newcastle (H)

We could get 10-12 points from that lot.

This is what's wrong with football today, Maquire interviewed after the game saying he felt a hand on his shoulder and then a foot touched his foot so he had to go down and it was a definite penalty. Roy Keane has it right saying its a clear dive.

The ref was good, didnt buy into any dives from either team.

Indeed.

It shouldn't even have got that far though, he was clearly offside when the free kick was taken. It was like forensically checking an LBW call before looking to see whether it was a ball or not.

Nothing about VAR surprises me any more though. The rank incompetence knows no bounds.
