[TV] Richard Osman's House of Games.

The man seems to divide popular opinion, but as for me, l absolutely love everything that he does. He came to the fore of course as co host, with Zander Armstrong, of Pointless, and largely on the back of that success got the gig hosting House of Games. In fact he created both shows.

I've long since beena devotee of Pointless, and House of Games, although a slow burner, l've really got into recently, a really zany and fresh new quiz, l really love the format of it, he has some interesting guests playing it too.

Also a succesful Pesenter and Writer, and a very wealthy man now that he has sold the rights to his debut novel, the Thursday Murder Club.

He does have one black mark though, as a season ticket holder at Craven Cottage, l wonder how that came about having spent his formative years in Sussex.

House of Games is great because it's unapologetically silly, much like Taskmaster. It knows the stuff contained within is absolutely ridiculous and doesn't make any bones about it.

I love House of Games and a huge fan of him. Although the Friday night version was weak, hopefully a new series will be on bbc2 soon.

He was fantastic on Taskmaster and the first to really 'Break' the rules.

I find him very engaging and down to earth and its nice to see a proper football fan in the spotlight who doesn't support one of the big six.

House of Games has been my lockdown hidden pleasure. I know you aren't supposed to notice, but it's usually a nice little combo of four with at least a black person, a white person and a gay person from two men, two women. It's a very inclusive show and full marks for that, but the black person usually comes last, the stand-up wins or the person on the right who is usually the favourite. Just my personal observations from watching it too much, so don't jump on me for it. It's the sort of show where you can shout the answers at the screen and enjoy the fun while Richard asks 'Did you get that at home?' and keeps you included.

I think it's a range to appeal to a wide audience, which is undoubtedly a good thing. My 10 year old daughter watches with us. She always knows the younger presenters whereas Les Dennis was on the other day who she never heard of and probably thought was an old fart, whereas me and the Mrs were saying "ohh look, it's Les".

The exception was Gemma Cairney who always seems to be filling in on my favourite 6Music shows. I got a bit of kudos from the eldest for knowing her.
