I think it depends who you bank with. I’m HSBC and pending transactions show at the top of my list of transactions on the app. But my wife has two accounts with two other banks and neither show pending transactions, so you may not be able to.

Nationwide, you can only see them on the mobile app and you get no info other than amounts

Ok. Cheers. Barclays sadly don't provide that. As you applied on the 2nd too I feel more optimistic now though

Good point, they may have processed the refund before my November payment.

It’s not the money that bothers me, it’s the fact I haven’t had any of the emails regarding refunds (the initial one about how to apply, the second one about your individual amount or the confirmation after applying). I’m obviously subscribed to their emails because I got one yesterday about free delivery on a women’s shirt! If they want to make it hard for people to get their money, it just makes me determined to take it.
Have you checked your spam?
Have you checked your email is correct in myAlbion?

Thanks for the tip, forgot HSBC did that in their app. Mine is now showing as well.

Hi there, a new xbox was going to be purchased whether I got a refund or not.

Not sure what your point is?

Sorry, I misunderstood your post then. It seemed to imply you got your refund and immediately went out and bought a new X box.

If you were going to get one anyway, why make the point of buying one with your refund money ???

Anyway it’s up to you what you spend it on, enjoy !

It just went towards it. Otherwise I would have said "glad I got the refund, now I can buy an xbox!"

Anywho, I told the missus I could only get an xbox because of the refund - but that's a different story :lolol:

Did anyone get a refund on the Arsenal and Wolves matches? My credit balance has not been adjusted to prior these games.
I've lost track of this. I know the club are holding a credit balance but have no idea whether this gets adjusted.

I just hope they aren't too trigger happy about restarting direct debits.

Having looked back through my emails I can see that my 25% retained balance should be £136.25. However, I had a ticket to the Arsenal game which an email confirms as £28.68.
My current 'Season Ticket Credit' is showing as £107.57 so it appears the arsenal ticket amount has not been added back yet.

Mine is the same, credit balance of £48 but should be nearer to £100. Kind of glad its not just me.

I had tickets for all 4 games, all look to have gone through OK either way including a cash refund on one of our bubble I had to contribute as his ST credit wasn’t enough to cover the Arsenal game.

Could be wrong but I thought all refunds came in as cash. Mine were refunded very swiftly.

My 'Season Ticket Credit' is £80 lower than what it originally was, due to two ticket purchases for Sheffield United and Arsenal.

It seems the Arsenal refund hasn't been re-applied yet, although the small print does say:

Credit balances are updated periodically, so may not yet take into account any recent payments or refunds.

Thought this too. Mate had a Sheff ticket but then backed out. Refund put back to original purchase account, either bank or card.
How do you find out your credit? Never taken a penny back other than what has been given.
