I'm fine with White in midfield to be honest. Presses well, gets the ball back, good ball retention and excellent forward vision and passing (better than Biss in that department).

No idea why people have such an issue with this. Gives us an extra attacking threat.

Dan Burn is a separate issue. Good going forward, bad defender.

Edit: Nice to see Propper back, playing well.

Think you're all sorts of wrong here.

White at CM breaks up play which is what you'd expect from a good CB but he's too one dimensional in that position and slows the transition, don't think he offers anything going forward. How many games have we won with him in that position?

Dan Burn good going forward!? No, just no.

2014 - Dan Burn is the first player to score an own goal and give away a penalty in the same Premier League game since Eliaquim Mangala for Man City against Hull in September 2014.

Tells you all.

I thought the game was brilliant. So you have to say well done.

Got a bit lucky with the penalty. Especially so soon in the 2nd half. It stopped Wolves killing the game.

Wolves got a wee bit lucky with the OG. So a draw probably a correct result. Another point on the Board in avoiding Relegation against a very good side, although they tired badly.. Don't think you can be anything but pleased with the point or the performance overall.

I mean, yes I agree? I’ve been on the fence ever since he’s been here and never called for his replacement but I’ve seen enough now, I don’t think his organisation of the team, particularly the defence, passes minimum standards of competence. We have players good enough for lower mid table being dragged down by him. I know you have said you will back him all the way to relegation, which is not a serious position in my book, you are not making any clear-headed attempt to judge his performance as a manager (I think because you are still hung up over Hughton, bizarrely. Hughton being substandard doesn’t give a free run for his replacement to be the same!)

We were always going to be defending to stay in the division under Hughton, never going to do better imo. Under Potter we look like a competitive PL team. Still relegation fodder but if he gets the players and keeps using the academy we MIGHT become a mid table team that entertains. I am not asking for the PL title just to be able to enjoy Albion going toe to toe with the best. For that reason I can be VERY patient

I confess at half time I thought we were down though  The first time I have lost faith but WOW did we compete in the second half !

Agree the disallowed goal was bad. If we show what we did in the second half we will turn this around. It's the kind of determination we need to get the luck we finally deserve.

Yes. But this kind of determination should be the case each game, the players and manager have let their standards drop.

They now have the opportunity to kick on from this, good comeback. I really hope Potter lost his rag at half-time.

But why then do you post on here? You only started here because of Hughton!

I joined this forum months after Hughton became manager - and because I will ill at the time and looking for something to pass the time. I am a fan of Hughton and I have explained the reasons why on numerous occasions - but I was never on the Norwich, Birmingham or Newcastle forums and I am not on the Forest forum.

I was repeatedly accused of not supporting Brighton and that I would be long gone as soon as Hughton left - well - guess what - 20 months later and I am still here - and still people question my bona fides. Now it doesn't bother me - but it must be really tiring for people having to read this nonsense repeatedly instead of debating my comments on their merits.

What I probably enjoyed most today is that due to the way the game panned out with Aaron's injury and Yves' yellow card, Potter was forced to make three cracking substitutes. All three substitutions were absolutely the right choices at the right time. I actually felt excited by all three as it meant we remained attacking and positive through those substitutes until the final whistle, as opposed to Gross, Ali J (much as I like him) who are largely uninspiring and add little.

Don't know why Potter hasn't given Molumby a chance - that is his game (and Potter is supposed to be all about giving the kids a chance).

For the first time in a long time I saw some fight and urgency. If we carry on like that the rest of the season then we should be ok. The trouble is, if we play like the first half then we will get relegated for sure. I'm not fully convinced yet, but feel slightly better than before the game, and an awful lot better than half time.

Alas, the only visionary central midfield player is Lallana and he will be used sparingly. He is a joy to watch and will be mega bucks to replace but our future depends on it.

Moder might be that replacement. Or Mac Allister if he gets more game time and settles into the team.

It's a shame that snatching a point at home yo Wolves is now seen as some kind of success. GP again got his tactics and players wrong, he was again out-thought by the other side and, only by having substitutions forced upon him, did things swing our way for a bit. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Potter has no strategy, no master plan, he just tinkers in the hope of stumbling across something that works.

I hope that is 2 individual halves that guide Potter forward with our season. Dan Burn has to have a break as he can have his magical times and be madcap, but is not a consistent top-flight defender, and certainly not a wingback either. For a player impossibly tall he doesn't seem to dominate in the air either. I like his efforts, and the type of trier he is, but if we need to be tough to beat, this has to end. Then, of course, don't play White in midfield. I don't remember any interceptions in that first half, or many passes either. Seems more to be a defender with a silken touch, who needs to strengthen up a bit. If he is our future, let's have him in that back 3 of centrebacks.
And i hope Zeqiri's dad saw that miss, and his general touch. Worked hard, but really quite sh*t. Hope he improves, but he doesn't seem to be scorer we're missing.
