My wife made comments as to my sanity as she said I wasn't just shouting at the telly, I was having a heated argument with it. Keown is a ****

Swore and loudly and stormed off upstairs to log in to NSC.

Fotunately the good people on the match day thread informed me that justice had prevailed.

I am still angry which is ridiculous. We got the three points. My paranoia about being cheated by refs and players is worrying my wife

As I said in the match thread, I genuinely think I have broken a bone in my leg after booting a chair when he pointed to the spot. The pain is ridiculous (adrenaline masked it untiI I sat back down again at full time), it's now swelling up and I can barely walk :ffsparr:

Still celebrating with a few beers tonight, obv!

It is frustrating that we seem to have an inbuilt ability to try and **** it up at key moments in a game. After we scored the first , as usual the opposition were all over us. After we scored the second goal, the same. Once added time was being played we never got out of our own half, got a player sent off, and with any other ref in charge would haven given a penalty away. Time for the manager to do some managing, stop the players failing to bits when they’re under pressure.

That was the absolute epitiomy of hard working backs to the wall defending. Did Ryan have a save to make after their equaliser? One soft one straight into his arms from distance. That was it. Beautiful defending.

So angry that we had buckled at first, then after watching the first reply, made the statement that if it wasn't overturned,I wouldn't watch football ever again. Spent the next 10 mins ,one finger saluting everyone to do with villa.

...92 minutes in, it seemed as though it had happened AGAIN?! I can tell you, the air in our living room turned such a deep shade of blue, I could barely see my hand in front of my face. Football, eh? Brings out the very worst in me.

Or maybe the best ?

I don’t think we have many natural leaders really. Great players yes but our vice captain is Webster isn’t it.

I was driving listening to it and I swore my head off when they said it was a penalty! People were giving me a weird look seeing me going nuts, then I cheered loudly when it was over ruled! :lolol:

Could Lallana be the man to pull them all together and fight as a team ? " Not one step back " stuff ?
