My instinct, with no evidence whatsoever, is that he isn’t that poorly. He has CV19 but a world class team of doctors who have it fully under control.

Hugely behind in the polls, he and his team are milking this for everything they can.

That could well be the truth. Given that there are something like 45,000 new cases a day in the US and something around 1,000 fatalities a day, add the fact that Trump will get the VERY best treatment from the very best medics, I don't think he has anything to worry about despite his age and weight.
