£15M for a signed photograph of Lampty and a mention in the programme for our next home match.

Maybe.

It would make no sense for us but I imagine quite a wage hike for him

Not their style at all, they usually unsettle the player and then pick him up for free at the end of their contract. Secondly he has never played for Schalke which is where they cream off most of their top talent.

If they are willing to give us Lewandoski in part ex it might be worth a call-back

Reported by The Argus now, same source that broke our interest in Suttner.

Selling him unless for an absolute mental fee shows a complete lack of ambition. We have started to build a team, he is a great player so why break that up? We have shown we are not a selling club of late regarding players we want to keep which is good, however, it might require the club actually buying some players to show him we are worth staying with..

Can Solly play on the other side?

Bayern think they can go around bullying teams into selling their talent at pittance fees like they do in the Bundesliga, clearly they’ve not heard of the lizard.

It would be foolish indeed to dispense with our younger players who have already proved their abillity to be able to play Potterball.

If we sell any of our first team youngsters then Potter, having elevated or got those players into the first team squad, would have every right to spit the dummy and bugger off elsewhere.

Mr Chairman just gave Potter a 6 year contract; he isn't going to be selling any of our talented youngsters any time soon.

Leeds - but not the dirty bit
my mate that knows someone ITK said he was chatting with Paul B down the boozer at lunchtime and our Paul was blabbing everything about our transfer business to anyone that would listen. Even said we'd take 25m sterling not them poxy euros for our little dynamo Lampy

Yeah right.....

Like we'd have sold Montoya if we were looking for a quick buck from any new signing.

Its all bullshit. Asides which TL is a young man, he'll be nipping to his mums to get his washing done at the weekend!

Zero chance.

We repeatedly turned down multi-million pound offers for White, a player who plays in a position we have plenty of depth in, so why on Earth would we take anything less than silly money for a supremely talented player in a position we have little depth in?

We'd have to be seeing Zaha levels of stupid money for this to happen.

I really am not worried at all.

He could've possibly got more money by signing for Chelsea, and being a London boy and very close to his family, if that was a motive he wouldn't be here.

He came here to play, he is playing in the best league in the world as is now a starter. 55 miles from mum and dad.

Why would he leave his football and family home in London for top level football, then swap that for being not guaranteed first choice in Germany, miles from home.

On so many levels this deal will not happen. Money offered is truly pathetic, Lamptey is essential to our play and plans, and I honestly doubt that right now, Lamptey would give up what he's beginning to establish, the experience, learning from Bruno, the rave reviews to be a squad player in the Bundesliga.....

I'm sure Bayern possibly think, the lure of playing for them is to much to resist, but neither Bloom or Lamptey are mugs.

Maybe Bayern can sign him in a year or two for 50+.

Right now for 15, is a non starter on every level...... Theyre wasting their time.

My point wasn't really that he'd leave, more that we'd have to look again at improving his contract
