Tension over winning or losing the ultimate club prize, meant it was certainly forgettable. In the main, media luvvies such as Mbappe were crowded out of it by defending in numbers.
The best team won on the night. All PSG game-changers were repeatedly guilty of ending quality dribbles with greed, by not passing to a spare man in space.

You didn't deserve to win the Cup that year. The first game was equal and Man U were far better and hammered you in the replay. And as I said the FA Cup is nothing, anyway, so so what?
We were cheated in Paris as every neutral admits.

Every team has been cheated out of games, on many occasions, most just suck it up and move on. You lot claim victory, sing songs about it for years and name your fan's forum after it.
Not to mention your own reputation for pushing the rules, gamesmanship and straight out dirty tactics. Brian Clough at least got this right when at Leeds.
It is very telling.

We didnt have our captain for the final which we should have won. Whiteside ended the career of Ramsey just before they scored down that wing while he was being treated. So just F*ck off should never have had a replay.
