It's Watford for me tonight. I loved West Ham in 1980 when they won the FA Cup and even had a West Ham school bag. Now I want them to drop down through the leagues, like a stone, and disappear out the bottom.

‘And it’s live’

I don’t know if I’m just getting older and grumpy but this ‘catchphrase’ is so cringeworthy.

I just heard a much worse one. "Now we join our commentary team Peter Drury and Andy Townsend"

Now I've put some music on.*

* Yes, I know I said the same thing last time. I just find them THAT annoying.

"AAAAND depending on your service provider and means of watching you'll likely get a push notification before seeing the goal" doesn't have quite the same ring to it

I guess Moyes is making such a good fist of it they might keep him on.

So it's not all bad news

You’ll have to wait another season.

Villa, Bmuff and Watford now in the frame.

Oh well, it would have been hilario seeing them playing in the Championship in that stadium next season.

Torn for my two preferred choices

Villa - Fans

Muff - Smug

Watford - spent a few years working there having to listen to my colleagues telling me how much of a club they are compared to Brighton.

Conclusion

Villa, the arrogance and god given right of their fans. They’ve spent £150m, sock boy is off, they won’t been seen for time.

Muff - Always had a dislike for them and another club that disappear with the level of debt they have.

Ex Colleagues will still get the treatment - assuming we finish above them of course
