I know there was some speculation that the Premier League might allow clubs to re-submit their squad lists for the re-start, but I haven't seen anything official. Did I miss it, or are clubs still using the squad lists they submitted at the start of February?

I saw a news article a few days ago saying no changes will be allowed, so same squads. Haven't seen anything official though.

No changes allowed except by special dispensation from the PL.
