Brady is a leader and Winston is a very talented lad that needs mentoring. I’m hoping this works out for the Bucs but can also see Winston throwing his toys about and Brady enjoying his Florida retirement too much....

Half of them will miss the target.

Fitzgerald, Kirk AND Hopkins looks strong. Should give Murray plenty of options next season.....

....if he doesn't take off & run at every opportunity.

I wonder if Hopkins production will actually go down? Murray seemed to get running quickly (a lot) last year, and Fitz didn't seem to have a particularly productive season compared to usual.

My eldest lad is over the moon with Brady going to Tampa - but what will happen with Jameis now I wonder?

He'll either sit for a while behind Brady in the hopes some of his magic will rub off on him, until TB retires....or someone like the Chargers will trade for him now. No way they will stick with Tyrod Taylor, or a rookie, to take over the reins from Rivers.
I think Winston, Keenan Allen, and Mike Williams would make a pretty formidable trio tbh.

Colts fans must be pretty happy about getting Rivers in (he will be too with a one year deal for $25m guaranteed!) - although hes going to have to cut out those INT's that have plagued him the last couple of seasons.

He’ll sit in the pocket more if they fix the OLine. Kids got a cannon too. He’s a younger, more mobile Mahomes (big statement but I’m making it)

It's not really deflating.

It's actually an exciting time.

It was more of a thinly-veiled reference to Deflategate.

But yes, a new beginning and all that for the Pats.

Most ‘experts’ believed we’d be sending a pick with Foles, to get a 4th is astounding work by Caldwell.

There were a lot of QB needy teams at the start of Free Agency and a Superbowl MVP was always going to have demand. His contract is also effectively a one year rental for the team taking him on and the Jags eat most of the cap hit.

I see Jolly Red Giant would rather take a length ban than admit I absolutely owned him during the new labour negotiation chat.

Expect an 18 game season within the next 3 years.

Surprised to see Kyle Allen traded yesterday. With Cam off to pastures new, can we expect Jameis to rock up in Carolina very soon?

With the lack of EVERYTHING sporty happening at the moment, Im really looking forward to seeing the unveiling of the Browns, Falcons, Chargers, Rams and (possibly) the Patriots new uniforms over the next 4 weeks....just to get some sort of NFL fix. Thats as exciting as it gets right now.

We have managed to get Gamepass free to re-watch games (complete games are free on the NFL YouTube channel as well now) so will take a look at some point I expect.

Personally, I hope the Browns ARE going back to a more traditional style, as has been suggested. From what I saw last night, the Chargers are also going more "throwback" with the 1960's powder blue / yellow being their primary colours again.

Would be nice to see the traditional looking unis coming back generally tbh (thank you Green Bay, Washington, Dallas etc for sticking with them!), instead of the awful Arena League style "updates" that seem to have become the fashion in recent years. Everyone I know prefers the older style jerseys - so why not stick with them?!

What would you like your team to wear if you had the choice? Traditional, or do you like the modern concepts?

Meanwhile, the clown show in Jacksonville rolls on. Ngakoue is still lobbying for a trade, though no team seems to value him as highly as he’d anticipated, also, 4th overall pick from just 3 years ago, Leonard Fournette, is in the trade block with the Jags hoping to get a 4th round pick for him. It’s so bad it’s actually funny. Caldwell is going to have to work some magic with his 12* picks on draft night.

*who knows, it could be more by then.
