Bloom is investing multi million pounds into our team, infrastructure and set up. He sees it as a growing and inclusive sport.

I am enjoying the ride of the last 3 years, Bloom wants us to be competing at Champions league level in the future. I only watch down to the U18 level (much more U23) in the mens/boys level and I have always found the wsl at a higher standard than these. We have signed some quality players and are investing in youth, like Le Tissier only 17 and was player of the match v Everton. I thought the games v West Ham away and Everton at home very physical. Perhaps Man U are playing more of a passing game, that should suit us.

Played Albion, good result shame about the OG. I have missed the game so it may be highlight tomorrow for me.

You can talk sense until you’re blue in the face to some of the silly old duffers who come on these threads, determined to share their shortsighted views on women’s football. But sadly their opinions are so deeply entrenched, it’s rather like flogging a dead horse.

It does not bother me, I am just sad they do not get how Bloom has taken our club into the stratosphere on so many levels. I think it is absolutely amazing, I watch U23 and Women's teams now that cost millions and outshine a lot of the Albion teams I have watched over the past 45 years.

It is amazing and I get excited when our teams win and the Women get a step closure to securing WSL place for next year. I just want to say enjoy the ride, I have with the mens, womens, and U18/U23 teams.

It's been a good game, despite what the uninterested have said

Not uninterested or critical. All credit to Bloom and other clubs for seeing a potential for growth and I wish them the best. I just make point not a worse product but different and cant see many who enjoy mens game to show an interest in this. It therefore needs a new audience and would be interested to hear from followers where they think these will come from. In the meantime amazed with the lack of interest how clubs can justify a squad of full time players. No good quoting big attendances at international/World cup games because these are one offs. I see Brighton are still in the cup .If they got to semi and played at Amex am sure we would get a big crowd but again it would be a one off

Watched some of the second half on the stream. Comparing the performance last night to one I saw at Lancing a couple of years back I'd say there has been significant improvement in the Albion side. The team does indeed seem to be more secure at this level. I am hoping they can continue to build on this. Would be nice if they could move somewhere closer to Brighton to play though.

You would have to drag me screaming and kicking to watch that shit. Seriously women's football ? I will never have the faintest interest in it. It's bad enough having that crap plastered all over the official site. Does annoy me wading through it to find info on proper football.

Total waste of time.

Ironically misogynistic post seeing as your avatar is that of a brave and inspirational woman killed fighting for her beliefs. She’d spin 360 in her shallow grave if she read your post.

1. How do you know it's shit if you don't watch it?
2. Why bother posting about it if you haven't got the faintest interest in it?
3. Which other subjects which you don't have the faintest interest in do you post about?

Why cant they use Withdean
Because the stadium has to have the potential for permanent capacity of 6000+ - and the council only allowed a temporary higher capacity before.

Perhaps if there was some formal undertaking from the council that a future 6000 permanent capacity would be allowed at Withdean then maybe ?

If the Albion got planning permission for another site, then there could well be scope to move to Withdean on a temporary basis as well, I suppose.

I've found that its best just to ignore posts like these, as all they are really looking for is a reaction... *yawn*

A very good venue available at Withdean We must average 500/700 at Crawley yet not allowed to use it because doesnt hold 6000 What a farce

How do you think we feel, having to wade through all the shit you post?

What are the chances of this big FA Cup game v Palace going ahead today. I assume its at Bromley, if its Hayes Lane I think they may have a 3G pitch.

I see Megan Walsh gets rested today (if it goes ahead) and Cecilie Fiskerstrand gets a chance between the sticks. With two great keepers it must be tough to keep them happy.
