Try watching a game and tell me that we are no better. It’s an entertainment business and we are entertaining most fans again.

You are one of a few CH diehards with an agenda, let it go ffs or at least accept that there was a case for CH being sacked, even if you didn’t agree with it.
Hey how are you, we are doing great playing expansive football right?

Hey how are you, we are doing great playing expansive football right?

Well we lost 5-0 and 2-1 against Bournemouth last season and in the 2-1 loss we took the lead and then sat back and conceded two with everyone behind the ball. Did I enjoy last night? No I didn’t but we are going through a bad patch and are still only 1 point down on last season I believe? So yes I have enjoyed the football am fully expecting to enjoy the second half of this season much more than I did last.

We are not down yet, if we do go down you can come back and gloat with the other Potter haters, but maybe hold on with your current glee when we lose?

Overall I am loving this season and look forward to every game, I looked for excuses not to go by this time last season. Does that answer your question?

Say Hi to Chris When you next see him and thank him for all he did when he was here btw, he is still an Albion legend in my eyes.

I have the sad feelings of being in the same death spiral of 'Muff, Stains and Cardiff from last season. Do we have to rely on sides being worse than us and a miracle result again?

It seems that a large number of Albion fans are SHOCKED that we find ourselves in a relegation scrap. We finished last season as the worst team in the division and we now have a manager with no prior PL experience.

I expected us to be in the mix, and we are. Some of you appear to have given up already, hope the players don’t feel the same.

Plenty of teams have had shit run of form and recovered but it seems Albion fans, in large numbers, have thrown in the towel already. That to me is more depressing than our current run of form. Can we hold on doing the post mortem until we are dead?

This is fair, Potter has to be given the opportunity to get his players in. I'm not enjoying it any more or less than last year, I just like going :)

Like Hughton he is hamstrung by the signings IMO.

I don't think we will go down. We will finsh somewhere near the bottom, people need to realise that managing BHFC is extremely difficult and appreciate that being in the premire league itself is a huge achievement. We shouldn't be in this league with the players we have...

Going to challenge this entertainment myth now, it’s about time someone called it out for what it is: rubbish! We’re inept in the final third, can’t score, create little, lack leadership and leave players with all those skills on the bench whilst playing ‘crab’ like football that’s all huff and no puff. Apart from that, it’s Disney. I especially love the way my friends and I leave games now raging with frustration and increasingly disillusioned. Hughton had to go. But Potter wasn’t the answer. Not in the PL.

Create little? Seriously. Blimey, it's a hard job getting people to see the truth on here at the moment. Yesterday we had 21 shots, 8 on target. Whatever frustrations you have at the moment, don't resort to porkies to back it up.

There's a lot that's not right at the moment I agree, but do keep your arguments factually correct.

If last night's game was played out 100 times, we'd win more than we lose.

Mostly from outside the box but still shots. Their goalie played well.

What troubles me more is the lack of numbers in the box, we continually work the ball into good positions but rarely have any targets.

You replied to the Palace Troll, here to chuck in the occasional shite-stirring grenade.

Absolute bollocks. Get with the beat baggy, we’re talking about past few months if not seasons not just last night. Honestly, some people are so late for the school bus they miss the entire term. :ffsparr:

Like a lot on here you're overreacting following a lean spell to tarnish the whole season. Last season we were 19th for total shots and 20th for shots on target. This season we are 8th and 10th. Might not suit your argument though to read that.

But the reality is we are in a dog fight with 5 other teams, for 3 relegation places. There is also a gap of 5 points to the teams above us. Whats the stats for shots on target by the way?

Oh I know that. I was just refuting the "no creativity" drivel. Last season we were 20th for shots on target with 108 all season. This season we are 10th with 102 after 24 games. We are close to being a good team. We obviously need to find a way to turn those stats into points, but I despair of the people that say we are not creating, or have not improved. It's simply not true.

Football is an unpredictable game of ups and downs, which is why we love it. We are currently on a down. Some other teams are on an up. That almost certainly won't continue until the end of the season.

This. The CH-loving anti-GP brigade need a reality check...

Let's hope one team continues its down to the end of the season...
