I’ve took it upon myself to email PB with these popular suggestions, I will report back with his responses and actions forthcoming from the club.

Y has football changed on and off the pitch, as have we, but expectations have changed and at least two new generations want a different experience. There is at least one generation who have no idea about the Goldstone, ,or the troubles of the 90's.
I was happier in the pissing rain watching a load of donkeys, although I'm still enjoying it now, albeit on a part time basis in the flesh, it really is more of a TV sport in many respects these days.

You may have missed another sure fire winner: 'Let's go ****ing mental 20'. No not the supporters - the players. At 20 minutes we go All Out Attack, bombing on, even the tiny keeper. A total attacking frenzy, that lasts a Full Minute.
Then at 40, 60 (etc) minutes, rinse and repeat.
The atmosphere would be literally electric for those minutes. Fact.

In 2015 the average age of a PL season ticket was 41. I’d be interested to know what ours is. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s older. Young adults make up only 4% of STHs in the PL. Our fanbase, like most in the PL is middle age, middle class and (to quote a newspaper article from a few years ago), muted.
I thought we were good on Saturday for the first 15/20 mins until the team petered out.
Gimmicks won’t help.

Let's face it...changing lifestyle...getting on a bit...been there, done that....it is slipping through your fingers now, like a casual handfull of Littlehampton beach sand on a soft summer day, with Fluff on the radio, and not a care in the world.
It can come to all of us....there was a period in 1985....but I digress.

Yes. The present north stand looks a queue for Starbucks in Benidorm on a busy Tuesday.
Loads of the pissed folk around me in the NS, NOT bothering to watch the football are typical Sussex geezers in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s. I expect that many or all of them knew the Albion of old.
They’re clearly there for the ‘craic’, chatting about business (scaffolding, plastering, selling motors ... going by the very loud discussions), recent fights, the consumption of gallons of gnats piss and pies.
I’s hazard a guess that many people of all ages in the Amex just aren’t into the actual football on offer these days. The match-day experience is about socialising.
NSC’s a bit of a, interested in the football, bubble.
I don't like talking or anyone talking to me when I'm watching the match, unless it's about the actual match.
I couldn't imagine going to a game and discussing work at the same time, going to football is my escape.
I chat with my family, friends and other fans before, at half time and after the match, but mostly about football.
I don’t think I’ve talked about work at a match in my life. Not a conscious decision, just doesn’t cross my mind.
I found it on Google Earth, so if anyone would like to dream about a 40,000+ stadium at Falmer, look on there. The South Stand is massive too.
The size of the stand in this picture is probably quite similar to that of Sheffield United’s, and that’s a proper home end. Far more imposing than what we have now and could possibly take it into the top 10 of stadia in the country and would probably be used in a World Cup, although I’m not sure what the capacity would have to be.
Saying all that, the club would probably only allow the back 7 rows to stand anyway.

On my lad’s FIFA20, the North Stand looks about 15 rows wide, awful. Only a virtual image, but highlighting how relatively tiny our end stands are.
Whilst the West Stand looks at its full magnificent best.
Do you mean 15 rows high?
On my earlier version of FIFA the North really does look quite small. If you put it in a lot of other grounds it’s probably not as small as we perceive it to be, but unfortunately it’s dwarfed by the other two stands.
The North now kind of looks like how the East was before the extra tier was added. It looks like it should, and maybe could, be bigger. There’s definitely room behind, but it’s whether the roof will stay up if the wall and steel are taken away that is the main problem, I think.

They should have that expanded North Stand and make it safe standing. And maybe put the season ticket price down by about 20% for just this bit to encourage fans who might not otherwise be able to afford it.
Also, make the home part of the South Stand safe standing and no season tickets. Only pay on the day and tickets £20 each.

Good suggestions but will never happen
Can anything be done about the acoustics in the stadium? Keep hearing about how loud it is in WSU but I've never heard it (and I'm in ESU, where you can normally hear a pin drop).

the problem is with the crowd 100%.......i can remember at The Goldstone quite often 10 thousand fans groaning in unison when a pass went astray or an attacking move broke down but then there were always that same 10 k or more who would get right behind the team and create a fantastic atmosphere , with a large number of "oiks"
crammed together in the old NS and numerous other pockets around the ground all prepared to join in and sing in unison , there now appears to be different " factions" 
who will not sing unless they have started the song and far too many fans who just won't sing....i got sat next to a woman and 2 kids at the Arsenal game last season....we were 2-0 up and all over them but she was concerned about the "noise & language" she was on her own , with 2 young kids , in the NS....!! on boxing day from memory .......ridiculous.
