Or never a better time to play a top 6 club than before or after a European match.
Usually better before and them playing away but I will clutch at any straw going.

Playing a club after they’ve played a Europa League match, especially if they travelled, is often beneficial.

Playing until late Thursday evening, whilst their opponents get a week’s rest leading up to the Sunday match.

This badly affected Burnley last autumn, Wolves this season.
