Due to gammy knee which has rendered OP even less mobile than Big Jurg, I've got a ticket I can't use for THIS event:

http://www.city-books.co.uk/james-ellroy/

It's at the Brighthelm Centre near the station, event time is 7pm - 8.30pm. Ticket is print at home or load on yer phone.

PM me with your email address if interested. Cheers.

Gosh, I didn't know he was in Brighton, but just as well really. About 20 years ago I was addicted to his books. I had to get the next one before I'd finished the last. Not sure why, they are SO violent and sadistic ... fortunately I kicked my habit when I discovered Cormac McCarthy :lolol:

PS: Have you tried Tiger Balm? .... for the knee I mean, it's wonderful stuff
