Yes - BUT the administrator said he would start liquidating the business tomorrow (today for you) if no deal had been completed by today's (yesterday's) meeting. He may or may not have been bluffing.

No parties interested in selling or taking over Bolton should now be under any illusions that brinkmanship works. They need to get things done and dusted well before the new deadline expires. No more boardroom antics, feint moves etc. Two third tier clubs with 250 years history combined and major trophy winners both going bust in the same season is unthinkable. Our sport is rotten to the core and calls for new governing authorities must surely be made.
