Glad you saw how good he was Saturday before the incident as Bens Grandad said he was woeful! He wasn’t, he was class. And he will be class in the future. All players **** up from time to time - the Duffy head-butt a great example (although that cheat Van Twatholt made a meal of it to get him sent off). Because we won, Duffy didn’t get so much criticism. We need to back Andone now and hope he’s learnt. Potter will I’m sure.

Spot on.

I was working on Saturday so couldn’t go to the game and didn’t start watching a stream until 20 minutes so had the Radio Solent Southampton commentary on until then and they were really complimentary about him, saying how sharp he looked and was holiding the ball up really well.

I’m as pissed off as anybody about what he did on Saturday, maybe more as it was Southampton! but I really do hope he is given another chance by Potter and the fans as I really rate him.

Guess it could have legs, Locadia not even in the squad tonight

We'll know for sure on Saturday, assuming he's still here.

The guy did wrong Saturday but has been a very good player. I know it’s fresh but the guy will need another chance and I hope the majority of fans give it to him.

Indeed - we have to remember how Ash Barnes turned round his suspension fests into close enough a model pro.

Andone strikes me as a bit worse than Ash back then but doesn’t mean he can’t make the same improvement.

Not interested in liking Andone as a person, just in him being an alternative to Murray’s fading greatness

Locadia going out on loan is a good move. Get him regular first team football, have his wages covered, and the final fairy on top of the tree is... he's nowhere near the Amex.

Win, Win, Win...

Can't see the point in loaning out Locadia, unless it's a prelude to binning him off. One of our excellent youngsters to gain some experience of 'grown up' football, sure, but a senior pro? No, I don't get it.

PS. When does the window delicately slide shut?

I thought after during and after pre-season, we were going the 'new' Big Jurg.
Even after what I saw of the Watford game.

I find this turn around somewhat surprising - but also not that surprising.

Reckon it’s subject to how AC handles himself tonight, appreciate it’s not premier league buts it’s a level up on u23’s

Anyone know how long JK’s contracted for, assume 4 or 5 based on fee. I think a loan move is best for all parties, allow him to find his game again. I also hear the gabba techno over there is something else

If GPot has decided he isn’t going to get a look in, then loaning him out a) means he plays and b) covers all or part of his wages rather than us having an expensive passenger.

To me though Adone has history. This is not an isolated incident, there have been several other events. He probably does have one more chance, but that will be it and I am sure he will be made to know that. We cannot afford to lose more points due to his aggression. Can he control this aggression and still be effective ?

He's useless, absolutely useless. I don't even think he would cut it in the Championship. Our recruitment team dropped a bollock on this one, let's be honest.

I guess we've all gone flacid again on big jurgs after the raging boners we had preseason.

So that would be a loan as a prelude to binning him, as I said.

I would have hoped we'd shipped Locadia out before the season started. Not so sure that it's a good idea now, although we probably won't miss him, and I don't share the optimism of people that think he'll come good.

Good. Get him game time to hone his “ skills”

We can then move on
