F1 has been boring for 25 years for 2 reasons.

BBC lost the T V Rights to it
2. The best two drivers in the rain. Senna and Patrese are no longer taking part. The best two drivers in the rain

Part of Senna's greatness was his ability to get pole positions and win races in cars that were often not as good as other teams. The likes of Hamilton and Shumacher quite often have had the fastest car in a lot of their winning seasons.

I was 9, watching on the sofa in the lounge, I don't think I fully understood what I had seen at the time but I have loved F1 since before then and still do.

It's a testament to the way in which F1 responded that it took over 20 years before there was another accident that claimed a driver's life, hopefully I won't be around to see another one.

True his ability to deliver single lap qualifying pace was amazing, but lets face it he also had the best car as around half his career victories came in the dominant McLaren from 88-90.

that's true, but he had Alain Prost as a team mate for the most part

whereas Schumacher's we're always cherry picked

Like Vettel, insist that you are number one, it’s biting Ferrari at the moment too.

Hamilton however will race against anyone and Bottas looks like he might be a bit of a challenge this season if he continues like he’s started
