Confirmed delay until the 31st October with a “meaningless” review in June.

Goody gumdrops.

So maybe a couple of people here will now accept that the EU really don't want a No Deal Brexit either.

I saw a post on Facebook today, it said, "Listening to MP's trying to justify leaving the EU is like listening to a man in A&E trying to justify how there is a Hoover stuck on his cock"

The leaders of 27 different countries can come to a decision in under 12 hours, whereas British MPs cannot come to a decision in 34 months.

I’m fast coming to the conclusion that May wants the final decision taken out of her hands. Seriously. I am almost certain she wants to have the decision taken away from her, blame it on Parliament and then resign in “disgust” that the will of the people wasn’t upheld.
She gets to resign without having power wrested from her and blame everyone else.

*No deal* abyss moved back 6 months.

Must find a permanent block to the crash out catastrophe in this extra time, and not waste the breathing space.

Putin will be seething.

Time to briefly party and crack open the English fizzy wine.

So you’re comparing a decision whether to give the UK an extension to the negotiations on HOW we actually leave!

Brilliant......

Leave means leave. It's the easiest deal in the world. We hold all the cards. Europe needs us more than we need them?

Am I doing this right? On our way?

By legal default, having EU elections in May.... :lolol:

How do we elect all those unelected bureaucrats?

Seriously, this election is proportional representation so every vote counts. I've seen lots of Brexit supporters saying they'll boycott it or spoil their papers.
Good.

Never voted in the EU elections before, but will make sure I make my anyone-but-Farage vote this time.

Farage has left UKIP and tried to form his own party which will split the anti EU vote, for those who do want to vote.
I hope Remainers avoid the Tory & Labour candidates too.

Hang on, how can there be European elections? I thought everyone involved with the EU were unelected bureaucrats? Project Reality is very confusing.

Another phase in the Tory Brexit civil war starts today. Watch them waste more time, yawn....

If Labour had a centrist leader they would win one of the biggest landslides in electoral history.

Yvette Cooper and Kier Starmer are two of the only politicians to have acted with statesmanlike and consistant intentions in this whole mess. Were either to depose Corbyn I'd consider moving my vote back from TIG.
