Liverpool have always been at Anfield. Newcastle United have always played at St. James' Park. PNE have always played at Deepdale. I am sure there are more, but not many I would guess.
Why would anyone else play there other than as the away team?
The Albion actually groundshared the Goldstone for a couple of seasons before the cost got too much for Hove Utd and they moved to Hove Park.

For clarity, without the context of the post I was quoting:
"Leeds United have only ever played at Elland Road. I'm not sure of any other teams which have only ever played at a single ground"

I have a vague recollection of Leeds playing some home games at Huddersfield around 1970 as a punishment for a pitch invasion at home against WBA.
